Excellent customer service!  I had asked for his report to be completed earlier than he normally does, and he did it 12 hours earlier.   Great turnaround and also arrived on time, to the minute.  Pleasant office personnel too. Better than the best!

Holy cow are these guys good! I have been using Bongiorno for my inspections for close to 10 years and they are THE best! As a real estate agent we sometimes are up against the gun and have to push all our inspectors in order to close on time. Just recently I had a VERY bad experience with a VERY unethical home inspection company. I called Andy out for a re-inspect and not only did he do that, but he fixed the one issue that was found IMMEDIATELY, wrote the report, cleared the section one and then went to bat for my clients with the lender and the state pest inspection board.
